Matt Harper is an innovative automotive leader who has a passion for winning and being No. 1. He started in sales in 1994 then worked up to F&I, Sales Manager, General Sales Manager and General Manager. Not only is Matt well versed in what it takes to run a successful operation, but he values each position in the dealership and the role they play to make things function day-to-day.
For 15 years Matt held the position of General Manager. During that time, he has turned around automotive dealerships operating well below their potential to top performers in net profit, sales (variable and fixed), CSI and customer retention. Matt has also had great success in developing an open point.
